“This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.” Acts 2:32

With the resurrection and exaltation of Jesus also comes the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the raising up of a body of Christ – a raising up of the apostles. The word the Lord inspired deep in my Spirit is the witness of the Messiah’s resurrection in our hearts. The Holy Spirit’s witness of Christ’s resurrection in our hearts becomes the catalyst for our own resurrection of being raised up with Him. You must ask the Spirit to give you that witness so that the Lord can accomplish something great in your life. God wants to raise His people up in 2010. God wants us to experience His resurrection power in every area of our lives by raising it up. Evil puts you down but Jesus will raise you up. The evilness of man put Jesus to death but God raised Him up.

• He wants to raise up broken lives.
• He wants to raise up diseased bodies by healing them.
• He wants to raise up your financial life.
• He wants to raise up your home life.
• He wants to raise up your business life.
• He wants to raise up your spiritual life.
• He wants to raise up our church body.

Determine that you will become a co-laborer with Jesus in 2010 to raise people up. It doesn’t take much talent to put people down. It takes a lot of creative effort to raise them up. Speak words of resurrection life. Speak words that raise people up. Come into agreement with the Holy Spirit for God’s purpose and resurrection power for your life. Put your life into God’s plan of resurrection in 2010. God desires to save people by resurrecting them and putting new life into them. Everywhere we go, we are called to raise people up. The Spirit of God has been given that He might raise us up.

The Presence of God Will Always Raise You Up

“I foresaw the LORD always before my face…You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.” Acts 2:25, 28

When you choose to obey God in 2010, no matter what the cost, God will raise you up. You must keep your eyes on Jesus. You must worship your way into the presence of God. The presence of God will always bring resurrection life, for there is nothing dead in the life of God. The resurrected life is a kingly life, meant to propel you to overcome the powers of evil. Say it with me, “In the name of Jesus, we bind the spirit of cancer. In the name of Jesus, we bind the spirit of hate. In the name of Jesus we bind the spirit of infirmity.” As we focus on Jesus, we develop a mindset of life according to Romans 5:17 where Paul states that we reign in life through Jesus Christ. In that spiritual mindset, we will experience Christ’s Kingly power. It is in His Kingly power of glory where God shall supply all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Jesus is seated at God’s right hand in glory.

This is the word the Lord gave me for 2010. We will experience a raising-up-power as we believe. God turned around the evil that was thrown at Jesus on the cross. He turns evil around to bring resurrection life. Only believe all things are possible to Him who carries the witness of the resurrection of Christ as Peter says in Acts 2. The Apostle Peter says we were witnesses of His resurrection.

The year 2010 will be a year of the greatest opportunity for the body of Christ – to experience the power of the resurrection of Jesus through the witness of the Holy Spirit.
